We’re excited to introduce our brand-new construction of two-unit homes in the vibrant Buffalo, NY area. We are proud to encourage BIPOC contractors and actively support the local BIPOC workforce by creating opportunities for development and growth within Buffalo.

Our commitment to sustainability is evident in every detail, from solar panels that harness clean energy to cold climate air source heat pumps (ccASHP) that provide efficient heating and cooling, even in the harshest winters. These homes are built with both the environment and the community in mind, offering not only a beautiful place to live but a step toward a more sustainable and equitable future for all.

This project features metal roofs, a sustainable choice that offers numerous environmental benefits. Metal roofing is not only durable and long-lasting, but it also reflects heat and reduces energy consumption, helping to lower cooling costs in the summer. Additionally, metal roofs are fully recyclable, making them a much more eco-friendly option compared to traditional roofing materials.
