Starting his development company from scratch in 2011 when he first acquired his initial 2 family dwelling within the City of Buffalo, and rapidly creating a development portfolio of 5 units within a total of 6 years. In an effort to understand the industry from the perspective of an expert, Amun sacrificed his earlier years to developing his craft as a construction worker. This encompassed learning skills form master Masons, Carpenters, Plumbers, Drywallers, Finish carpentry professionals, and ultimately joining the IBEW Local Union #41 as a commercial electrician. From there he was able to work on some of Buffalo’s most Transformative projects such as the Chris Jacon’s University of Buffalo School of Medicine, Tesla/Solar City, the construction of the Harbor Center Hotel, Roswell Park expansion Project, the conversion of the 500 Seneca buildings, and various other jobs to say the least.

With his extensive background in the Building Trades, Degree in Construction Management and Technology, relationship to key Community Stakeholders, heart for community, and keen eye for detail this is what led him to first take the position of Project Manager thus turned Associate Director of Real Estate for PUSH buffalo, and ultimately led him to create his own company AHR Development Inc. Through AHR Development Inc. he believes that one day he will be able to pave the way for a future of developers and Construction tradesmen to enter fields that will create systems of generational wealth for themselves and their families.
